Jimi’s Angels Rescue is my passion.  Jimi was my beloved pit/lab mix that I found as a stray puppy in downtown skid row.  As we know, our pets teach us so many valuable life lessons.  Jimi’s place in my life was a spiritual gift.  He opened my eyes to my life’s work.  Jimi passed away from complications from his ACL surgery, November 13, 2007.  I chose to honor him.  All of these pups are rescued from high kill shelters in Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Many were never taken to the shelter by their owners… they were picked up on the streets as strays by the shelter system.  Sadly many of these pups were on the list to be euthanized. Bark n' Bitches and Jimi's Angels are celebrating that we have rescued and rehomed over 1,000 dogs!!!   These are his angels….
